Business Development Manager – Audio solutions – APAC

You will be responsible to drive significant growth for IP Audio sales in APAC region by defining the sales strategy and develop relationships with influencers such as architects, consultants, builders or engineering companies.

The role 

As the Audio champion in APAC, you communicate frequently with the HQ, your counterparts in Europe and Americas to share and deploy audio strategies for APAC and to collectively benefit from best practices worldwide.

This job is based preferably in Singapore . However, any major city in APAC can also be considered.

What will you do?

  • Responsible to drive significant growth for APAC via IP Audio sales. This activity includes all 2N products for audio, software and hardware.
  • Define the sales strategy and growth initiatives in APAC together with sales teams in each region in APAC.
  • Develop relationships with influencers for audio business such as architects, consultants, builders, engineering companies.
  • Initiate with marketing team sales enablement, lead generation and training campaigns and you are supervising the results.
  • Assist the regions to recruit new audio channel partners and audio analytics partners.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in selling audio or IOT devices to retail, hospitality, education or smart cities.
  • Strong network in APAC among architects, consultants, builders, engineering companies.
  • Enjoy teamwork.
  • Achieved recognition for your influence and contribution within your team.
  • Academic Bachelor Degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Relevant IT background, in hardware, software and/or network.
  • Thrive on rapid growth.
  • Think Big.
