Kurrant Advises Birdz (Veolia) for their Remote Tank Monitoring Business Carve-Out
Context
Birdz, a subsidiary of Veolia, is a leading environmental IoT solutions and services provider for Cities and Utilities. Few years back, Birdz had opportunistically developed a remote tank monitoring solutions offering which became a full business unit of the company. With a growing focus on utilities and smart city use cases, Birdz wanted to proactively explore diverse option for the future of this business unit.
Challenge
Birdz’s main challenge was to understand the growth potential for its remote tank monitoring offering and craft a strategic action plan which included the possibility to carve out the business unit.
Deliverables & Outcomes
