Downtown Phoenix Inc., in collaboration with CyberCity 3D and ORBIS Dynamics, has launched Downtown Phoenix’s first digital twin. This innovative tool leverages comprehensive data to display real-time traffic, zoning, air quality, and more, providing valuable insights for urban development. The digital twin, which marks a significant stride in urban planning technology, enables simulations that influence policy and investment decisions. It was introduced at a meeting hosted by the Phoenix Community Alliance, which supports the project’s future expansion and public accessibility plans.
