Grand Chambéry has launched a new water monitoring platform, “Eau Quotidien,” accessible to its 77,500 customers. This initiative includes replacing 80,416 water meters with new AMI smart water meters, available at no extra cost. The technology allows users to monitor their water consumption directly online, offering functionalities like consumption alerts and multi-meter tracking on a single account. This upgrade from manual field readings, previously done via radio, aims to provide a more efficient and real-time monitoring system. The first 20,000 subscribers can now access their consumption data online.
