Safety21 SpA, an Italian software provider in the Smart Road and Smart City sectors, has acquired Velocar Srl, a company dedicated to software design and IoT for road safety. Velocar, established in Castiglione delle Stiviere and operational for over twenty years, develops innovative road safety products and services, with an installed base of detection devices nationwide. This acquisition enhances Safety21’s Titan software platform, offering Public Administration advanced digital services and AI-driven solutions for road safety management.
