Toronto’s Ebb & Flow Aquadrones Combat Harbour Pollution

PortsToronto who it collaborating with RanMarine Technology, unveiled two WasteShark aquadrones, named Ebb and Flow, in the Toronto Harbour as part of their Pilot Trash Trapping Program. These aquadrones, designed to remove floating debris and plastic pollution, can collect up to 1100-lbs of waste daily with a 180-litre capacity. This initiative is backed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and complements PortsToronto’s Seabins in cleaning the harbour.
