Yarra Valley Water Renews Leak Detection Contract with Aqua Analytics

Melbourne’s largest retail water utility, Yarra Valley Water, has renewed its asset maintenance contract with Aqua Analytics for an additional two years, building on a successful three-year collaboration. This partnership focuses on minimizing water loss and enhancing leak detection across Yarra Valley Water’s extensive network, which spans 4,000 square kilometers and includes over 10,000 kilometers of water mains. Aqua Analytics employs cutting-edge technologies such as AI data loggers, acoustic equipment, sensors, and data analytics to optimize specialist field team operations and significantly improve leak identification. According to Yarra Valley Water these advancements have proven crucial in providing reliable water services to over 2 million people daily, aligning operational efficiency with environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction.
