ConductorAI, a software company specializing in AI-driven approval processes, has raised $15 million in a Series A funding round led by Lux Capital. Other investors included Altman Capital, Haystack Ventures, Sunflower Capital, Humba Ventures, Also Capital, Forward Deployed VC, and Abstract.
The company’s platform, Conduit, streamlines document review and approvals for government agencies and regulated industries by automating policy analysis and workflow management. Designed for entities such as the Department of Defense (DOD) and intelligence communities, the software reduces lengthy approval processes from weeks to minutes while maintaining compliance.
ConductorAI collaborates with multiple government branches, including the Air Force, Space Force, and the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office. The funding will support expansion into additional agencies and industries facing compliance challenges.
This round marks one of the largest Series A investments for a Maine-based advanced technology company.
