Digicomm International, a telecommunications distributor and manufacturer, has acquired EasyStreet Systems, a developer of smart composite poles and intelligent infrastructure solutions. The deal aims to strengthening Digicomm’s position in the smart infrastructure market, supporting the expansion of next-generation telecom and smart city networks.
EasyStreet Systems, founded in 2020, specializes in lightweight, sustainable composite poles that integrate small cells, IoT devices, WiFi, and EV charging, catering to municipalities, telecom providers, and developers. The acquisition allows Digicomm to incorporate these solutions into its product portfolio, enhancing its offerings for broadband, 5G, and smart city applications.
