Swedish energy tech startup Engrate has raised €2.5 million in a funding round led by global VC firm Maniv, with participation from Eviny Ventures, Course Corrected, and early backers including Norrsken and NP-Hard Ventures. Founded in 2024 and based in Stockholm, Engrate is developing a digital platform aimed at simplifying grid flexibility for energy companies transitioning to renewables. The funding will support the enhancement of its technology, focusing on accelerating digital integration across Europe’s energy sector. With renewable capacity in Europe expected to triple by 2030, Engrate’s platform seeks to address the growing demand for adaptable, digital infrastructure to enable a more efficient and sustainable energy system.
