Four energy software companies—Energy21, Ecedo, Jules, and Gridhub—have merged to form Eneve, a Netherlands-based firm supported by Amsterdam’s Vortex Capital Partners. The combined entity aims to provide an integrated software platform for managing the energy value chain.
With over 25 years of combined experience, Eneve employs more than 130 specialists across the Netherlands, Portugal, and the UK. Its software assists energy producers, suppliers, and large consumers with functions such as pricing, portfolio management, and customer communication.
Currently serving over 20 million energy supply points in Europe, Eneve works with major clients including Engie, AXPO, BASF, and Vattenfall. The company expects annual revenues exceeding €25 million.
Eneve plans to expand into Germany, Belgium, and the UK, leveraging its unified software portfolio and leadership team to enhance operational efficiency in the energy sector.
