Kodifly, a Hong Kong-based tech company, has secured $750K from Laidlaw Scholars Ventures to advance its AI solutions for infrastructure management.
Founded in 2021 by former Laidlaw Scholars Henry Wong and Muhammad Saad Shahid Anwel, Kodifly uses AI, LiDAR, and real-time video analytics to create digital twins of urban environments, improving traffic management, pedestrian safety, and environmental monitoring.
This funding marks Kodifly’s first external investment, aiming to expand from railways to airport and highway management, with contracts in Hong Kong and plans for Southeast Asia, the UK, and the US.
