UK-based MML Infrastructure Private Equity has acquired Waste Vision, an Amsterdam-headquartered smart waste management leader, from Avedon Capital Partners. Founded seven years ago, Waste Vision provides innovative waste management solutions to over 200 municipalities across Europe, including a branch in France.
This acquisition is expected to accelerate Waste Vision’s European expansion, with MML’s support aiming to enhance sustainable waste management solutions across the continent.
The details of the deal have not been disclosed.
