Netmore Group, a global IoT network operator, has announced plans to broaden its low-power wide-area network (LPWAN) services across Brazil and South America. This follows its recent acquisition of Everynet, a neutral-host LPWA network operator.

The expansion aims to meet increasing demand for digital transformation in key sectors such as utilities, agriculture, smart cities, and transportation. Netmore should enhance its regional presence by offering improved LPWAN coverage, scalable network-as-a-service (NaaS) and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions, and advanced network deployment options.

The company also plans to leverage its expertise in large-scale utility projects, including the deployment of 1.7 million smart water meters in the UK, to deliver carrier-grade network services with service-level agreements (SLAs) for critical infrastructure and business applications.
