The project, aimed at strengthening public safety and modernizing urban management, is budgeted at MAD 108 million, equivalent to approximately €9.9 million.

The initiative is structured in two phases:

  • Phase 2 focuses on the installation of the smart surveillance system itself. This contract was granted to Alomra Group International for MAD 73.82 million (approximately €6.7 million).

The surveillance system will include advanced features such as automatic license plate recognition (ALPR), real-time behavioral analytics, and long-range object tracking. Cameras will be strategically deployed across public areas, with two state-of-the-art command centers and accompanying high-capacity data centers
