CitySwift Partners with Hong Kong’s Citybus in First APAC Deal

Bus data analytics firm CitySwift has expanded into the Asia-Pacific region through a new partnership with Hong Kong operator Citybus. The collaboration will use AI and data-driven solutions to enhance network reliability, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Citybus plans to implement an AI-powered Operations Control Centre to optimize scheduling, reduce wait times, and improve resource allocation. The move is expected to lower operational costs while boosting service performance.

CitySwift, already active in Europe and the U.S., provides data insights to optimize public transport systems. The partnership marks its first venture into the APAC market, supporting Citybus in modernizing its operation
