Miovision Expands Smart Traffic Solution with New Acquisition

Miovision, a Canadian company specialized in mobility management for cities, recently acquired Texas-based CJ Hensch & Associates, which specializes in traffic-data collection and consulting. The move is part of the company’s strategic plan to enhance capabilities in accident prevention, traffic light remote control, and data analysis and further capabilities in big-data analysis. It’s Miovision’s fifth acquisition, following Traffop, RapidFlow, MicroTraffic, and Global Traffic Technologies.
