The portal operator ParkHelp has acquired Cleverciti Systems GmbH, a Germany-based specialist in AI-driven curb-management and on-street parking guidance. The acquisition, announced 3 November 2025 and closed 23 October 2025, enables the combined group to offer a single cloud-based platform covering indoor and outdoor, on-street and off-street parking spaces.
Cleverciti’s overhead sensors and guided-enforcement tools, already deployed in over 100 cities globally, are integrated with ParkHelp’s off-street sensor networks and digital signage infrastructure. This merger provides operators with real-time occupancy data, driver-wayfinding solutions, enforcement routing, curb-zone optimisation for ride-hailing and EV charging, and analytics to improve revenue and reduce congestion.
The enlarged group claims a direct presence in six countries (United States, Germany, Spain, Brazil, New Zealand, Ecuador) and supports more than 600,000 monitored parking spaces across over 700 locations in 50 countries. The deal amount was not disclosed.
Cleverciti will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ParkHelp, with its entire team retained to ensure continuity for customers and partners. The transaction was advised by TrueNorth Capital Partners (financial advisor to Cleverciti) and legal-advisor DLA Piper, while ParkHelp was advised by Lupp+Partner.
