Sanremo Municipality in Italy and Veolia have partnered in a €4.6 million project to upgrade and enhance the efficiency of 113 city-owned buildings across 140,745 m².  The 15-year Public-Private Partnership, under an Energy Performance Contract, will focus on energy-saving renovations, meeting regulatory standards, and managing technological systems. Key upgrades include heating, lighting, electrical, and fire prevention systems, plus the use of advanced analytics for performance improvement.
