Snohomish Launches ‘Connect Up’ Smart Meters Program

Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) in the state of Washington has initiated a three-year ‘Connect Up’ program to install 373,000 electricity and water smart meters, comprising 350,000 electricity meters and 23,000 water meters across Snohomish. Started in August, the program aims to offer myriad benefits including rapid consumption data, flexible billing, outage detection, and efficient leak detection through smart water meters, enhancing service efficiency and customer experience in the region.
