San Francisco–based grid technology company Splight has raised $12.4 million in SAFE funding led by Blue Bear Capital and ZOMA Capital.
The financing will support the expansion of its Dynamic Congestion Management (DCM) platform, which uses machine learning to increase transmission capacity on existing lines without new infrastructure.
Splight plans to scale deployments in North America and Europe, introduce enhanced AI-driven grid tools for data centers, and expand its San Francisco headquarters with additional technical and product staff. The company’s solutions aim to address grid congestion challenges, accelerate renewable energy integration, and strengthen power system resilience.
