SUEZ has launched a new Smart Operations Centre (SOC) in Maidenhead, UK, to enhance real-time monitoring of smart water meters. The facility will collect and analyse data to help water utilities detect leaks, track consumption, and optimise network performance.
Operated by SUEZ’s Digital Solutions division, the SOC will manage millions of smart meters, including the ON’connect™ range, designed to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The centre will also enable remote maintenance, such as software updates for metering equipment.
This follows similar SUEZ centres globally, including one in Paris that monitors over 3 million meters.
