Preventing Wildfires, from Grazing to AI

As Spain battles 20 major wildfires this month of August, the situation has put in the spotlight the lack of prevention efforts in the Mediterranean country, which has significantly reduced investment in wildfire prevention in the last years. Prevention has many faces, like education, controlled burns, mechanical clearing or livestock grazing on the grass and bushes that help wildfires spread, and also, smart tech.
