LACROIX announced the transfer of its Public Lighting segment to the Environment division and plans to sell its CITY – Mobility (Traffic and V2X) segment. These moves follow the recent sale of its Road Signs division and align with the company’s focus on high-potential markets and aim to simplify operations, reinforcing its 2025 goal to lead in industrial IoT solutions and critical electronic equipment. The Public Lighting segment, now part of Environment, has 110 employees and generated €31M in revenue in 2023. The Mobility segment for sale includes sites in France and Spain, employs 120, and posted €27M in revenue.
