The New Jersey Department of Transportation has launched its first integrated Statewide Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), developed with HNTB Corp. and powered by Parsons’ Intelligent NETworks (iNET) platform.

The system provides a unified platform for managing the entire transportation network while enabling operator communication and collaboration. It is designed to enhance traffic management capabilities, improve roadway safety, and support more efficient travel across the state.

Key features include device control for intelligent transportation systems, automated incident detection and management, and integrated response plans.
