NGE CONNECT, a subsidiary of NGE specializing in networks, security, and digital solutions, has acquired AVI (Audio Vidéo Installation), a company based in Herblay, Val-d’Oise, near Paris. This move aims to strengthens NGE CONNECT’s regional presence in Île-de-France, adding to its existing operations in Normandy and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
Founded over 40 years ago, AVI specializes in security installations, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems, as well as sound systems for public announcements. The company also provides maintenance and construction services for public and private clients, including commercial centers, hospitals, and office sites. With seven employees and a revenue of €2.2 million in 2024, AVI will now serve as NGE CONNECT’s third regional agency.
The acquisition aligns with NGE CONNECT’s strategy to expand its expertise in low-voltage networks and security systems. The company aims to grow its Île-de-France operations to €7 million in revenue by 2030. NGE CONNECT, part of NGE ENERGIES SOLUTIONS, focuses on electrical and communication infrastructure, employing over 50 staff across four key areas: networks and security, mobility, environmental solutions, and sustainable smart cities.
