1. Who we are

2. Categories of personal information we collect
In the past 12 months we may collect the following categories (CCPA Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140):
- Identifiers — name, email, company, IP address (server logs)
- Commercial information — subscription tier and payment status, if you are a paying customer
- Internet/network activity — pages visited and search queries on our platform (only with analytics consent)
- Professional information — job title and employer, if you provide them
We do not collect:
- Sensitive personal information (Social Security number, government IDs, health data, precise geolocation, etc.)
- Biometric data
- Information about children under 16
3. Why we collect it
- To provide the Kurrant tender-tracking service to logged-in users
- To send the newsletter, if you subscribe
- To process payments, if you have a paid plan
- To understand how the public site is used (only if you consent to analytics)
- For security, fraud detection, and abuse prevention
4. Sources
We collect information directly from you (when you sign up, contact us, subscribe, or submit a form) and from your interaction with our site (cookies and server logs, only with consent for analytics).
5. Who we share it with
Service providers, each bound by a contract that prohibits using your data for their own purposes:
- Hostinger — hosting
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security
- Google — Analytics 4 (only with consent)
- Brevo — newsletter delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under CCPA. We do not run advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing pixels.
6. Your rights under US state privacy laws
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Florida, Oregon, Delaware, or another state with comparable law, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you, the sources, the purposes, and with whom we share it
- Access the data we hold and receive a portable copy
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate information
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share — this right is automatically respected)
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any)
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service or charge you a different price for exercising your rights
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the request type and the email associated with your account. We respond within 45 days, or notify you if we need a 45-day extension as permitted by California law. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
7. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.
8. How long we keep your data
- Account data: while your account is active, plus 12 months after you ask us to close it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
- Analytics: 14 months at most
- Server logs: 30 days
