1. Who we are

Kurrant Pte. Ltd. (“Kurrant”, “we”, “us”) operates the website https://kurrant.com. Our registered address is 600 North Bridge Road, Parkview Square #12-02/03, Singapore. For any privacy question or data request, contact us at contact@kurrant.com.

2. What we collect and why

We try to collect as little personal data as possible. Specifically:

  • Account information (name, email, company) — only if you sign up, request a demo, or subscribe. Used to provide the service and stay in touch about it.
  • Saved searches and preferences — only for users who create an account on our tender platform. Used to send you the alerts you asked for.
  • Newsletter subscription (email only) — only if you subscribe. Used to send the newsletter and nothing else.
  • Site analytics (anonymous Google Analytics) — only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner. Helps us understand which content is useful so we can improve.
  • Server logs (IP, browser, request URL, timestamps) — kept short-term by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing pixels. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Consent — for analytics cookies and the newsletter
  • Contract performance — for account and platform data needed to deliver the service you asked for
  • Legitimate interest — for security logs and basic abuse prevention

4. How long we keep your data

  • Account data: while your account is active, plus 12 months after you ask us to close it (for accounting and legal records)
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe (one-click link in every email)
  • Analytics: 14 months at most (Google Analytics default), aggregated thereafter
  • Server logs: 30 days at the hosting provider

5. Who we share data with

We use the following data processors. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement:

  • Hostinger (Lithuania, EU) — site hosting
  • Cloudflare (USA, EU presence) — content delivery and security; standard contractual clauses for transfers
  • Google — Analytics 4 (only with consent)
  • Brevo (France, EU) — newsletter delivery, if you subscribe
  • Stripe (Ireland, EU) — payment processing, if you have a paid subscription

We do not transfer your data to anyone else. We do not sell it.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Necessary ones run automatically; analytics cookies only run if you accept them in the banner. Full list and durations are in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences page or the link in our footer.

7. Your rights under GDPR

As an EU/EEA/UK/Swiss resident you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase data, where applicable
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing
  • Lodge a complaint with your national Data Protection Authority

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@kurrant.com. We respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests, with notice).

8. Children

Kurrant is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Kurrant Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore. We process data inside the EU where possible (Hostinger EU, Brevo France, Stripe Ireland). Cloudflare and Google operate globally; transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

If we change this statement we will update the date at the top and announce material changes by email or banner. Please check back periodically.

For US Residents — Your Privacy Rights

US residents have privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and equivalent state laws (Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA, Florida FDBR, Oregon OCPA, Delaware DPDPA). You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you and why
  • Access the data we hold and request a portable copy
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable

Kurrant does not sell personal information. We use cookies only for site functionality and — with your explicit consent — anonymous Google Analytics. We do not run advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing pixels.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@kurrant.com with the request type and the email associated with your account. We respond within 45 days, or notify you if we need a 45-day extension as permitted by California law.
