TTTech and VERBUND have partnered to create TTTech ZYNE, a joint venture that combines VERBUND’s expertise in renewable energy and energy market integration with TTTech’s experience in industrial automation and safety-critical systems. The partnership aims to launch a real-time energy management platform in mid-2025, bridging the gap between industry, energy suppliers, and utilities.

This platform aims to address challenges in the energy market, such as rising electricity costs, market volatility, and the increasing integration of renewable energy sources. By leveraging real-time data, the solution should enable industries to optimize energy consumption, reduce costs, and enhance grid stability. It should also support flexible responses to market signals and promote efficiency and sustainability.

The platform will provide smart, cross-site energy management for medium-sized industrial companies, energy suppliers, and utilities. It will optimize energy production, storage, and consumption, enabling cost savings, dynamic control of self-generated electricity, and innovative tariff models for energy suppliers.

TTTech ZYNE has already onboarded its first reference customer and will showcase results at E-World Energy & Water in February 2025. The official product launch is set for May 2025 at The smarter E – Europe/Intersolar in Munich.
