Project Scope
- Supply, install, commission and integrate five environmental air quality monitoring stations in the municipality of Santomera, each equipped with particulate matter, meteorological and noise sensors, transmitting real-time data to the SmartRegion FIWARE platform via NB-IoT/MQTT, including system configuration, testing, integration, connectivity and a 5-year warranty and technical support.
Smart Technology
- Air quality monitoring stations (5 units) with IoT-enabled environmental sensing.
- Particulate matter sensors measuring PM1, PM2.5 and PM10.
- Meteorological sensors for temperature and relative humidity.
- Environmental noise monitoring sensor (Class 2, IEC 61672-1 compliant).
- NB-IoT connectivity for direct field-to-platform communications.
- MQTT messaging using JSON for real-time data transmission.
- Direct integration with the SmartRegion platform based on FIWARE through the MQTT IoT Agent, without proprietary middleware.
- Remote-capable data acquisition unit supporting configurable sampling, remote firmware updates and device diagnostics
