Supply and Installation of the Air Quality and Access Control System for the Implementation of Low Emission Zones (LEZ)

The purpose of this contract is the supply and installation of the air quality and access control system for the implementation of Low Emission Zones (LEZ) in Cartagena. The system has been structured in two lots:

- Environmental control, consisting of a set of IoT devices, sensors and a visualisation and analysis application. The successful tenderer will provide a FIWARE platform with the minimum requirements of the currently available platform with ancillary data analysis and scenario analysis features. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the work necessary for its correct integration with the existing municipal smart city platform. The platform will be installed on the municipal servers, leaving it fully operational; and

- Control access to the LEZ, a system that will be composed of devices for capturing and sending images and a LEZ management system for the management of evidence and sanctions, loading and exploitation of statistical data and data export to the FIWARE platform.
