Andalusian tech company Innovasur has aquired Fiwoo, a platform designed to simplify smart city management. Fiwoo enables users to create entities and dashboards within the system without requiring technical expertise, making it accessible to a broader range of users. This acquisition will allow Innovasur to integrate Fiwoo with its existing In4City platform, which utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the management and development of smart cities.
The combination of these two platforms is expected to provide a powerful tool for smart city administration, offering more advanced capabilities for both operational and strategic decision-making. By integrating IoT and AI technologies, Innovasur aims to offer cities an efficient way to monitor, analyze, and manage urban systems, contributing to smarter infrastructure and more sustainable urban living.
Innovasur’s acquisition of Fiwoo is part of its broader strategy to expand its presence in the smart city sector across Spain, while also reaching into international markets. Fiwoo, despite being based in Andalusia, has already made a mark with projects in major cities like Helsinki and Antwerp.
