Mergers and AcquisitionsBrasilNetmore GroupIoT Networks

Swedish Internet of Things (IoT) network operator Netmore Group has assumed full commercial control of the LoRaWAN network in Brazil previously run by American Tower Corporation (ATC). The deal encompasses all customer relationships, network management and service delivery under service level agreements.
This acquisition builds on Netmore’s purchase of Dutch operator Everynet in late 2024, which expanded its regional footprint and sensor base: more than one million provisioned sensors joined Netmore through that deal, including smart gas and water meters, track-and-trace devices, and other applications.
Netmore plans to scale large‐scale IoT deployments in water and gas metering, agriculture, smart cities, transportation and logistics across Brazil. The company already operates in 17 countries and emphasises network stability, densification, and readiness for industrial and municipal IoT use at scale.
No investment cost for the takeover has been publicly disclosed.
