Romania Unveils World’s Largest Deposit Return System

Romania has launched was is set to be the world’s largest Deposit Return System, with nearly 80,000 collection points for plastic, glass, and metal beverage containers. Developed with Sensoneo’s software and managed by RetuRO, the project is set to enhance recycling rates, reduce CO2 emissions, and address the country’s recycling challenges.
