Ragni Acquires HESS GmbH to Expand European Reach

Groupe Ragni, a French street lighting company, has acquired German lighting specialist HESS GmbH Licht + Form, including the VULKAN brand. The acquisition, which excludes the Americas, is to strengthen Ragni’s presence in Europe, particularly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and expand its product range in high-end street lighting.
