Stockholm-based startup Nrlyze has secured SEK 10 million (around €897,000) in fresh funding to scale its AI-driven platform that reduces heat waste in buildings. The round was led by VEQ and Aipa Invesco AB, with continued support from existing backers including Northvolt’s Peter Carlsson and Martin Anderlind.
Founded in 2020, Nrlyze provides software and on-site hardware that detect and correct heating system inefficiencies, helping property owners cut heating costs by 10–15%. The company, which doubled revenue in 2024 to SEK 8 million, plans to use the new capital to expand its team, target larger property portfolios, and accelerate international growth.
