Conflow Power Group has finalized a $90 million deal, granting iLamp California exclusive rights to deploy its smart, solar-powered streetlights across the state. Beyond lighting, the iLamp system  integrates advanced sensors for air quality, gas leak, earthquake, and wildfire detection, as well as crime prevention features like gunshot detection. iLamp claims to provide scalable, energy-independent solutions for municipalities, developers, and utilities, helping to reduce road fatalities and crime while improving property values.

iLamp California’s management team will spearhead job creation in manufacturing, installation, and ongoing streetlight management, with an initial rollout of 5,000 lamps per month. Additionally, the license includes sub-licensing opportunities for areas like military bases, airports, and sports venues, creating economic growth across over 600 Californian cities and regions.

This deal aligns with California’s solar incentives and funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, positioning the state as a leader in smart city infrastructure.
