Coachella Valley is Enhancing Traffic Flow and Safety

The US Coachella Valley Association of Governments has launched CV SYNC, a traffic management initiative, that is to deploy 140 Yunex Traffic RSU2X units by Western Systems in its first phase, with an additional 230 planned. The Yunex Traffic solution enables wireless communication between traffic infrastructure and vehicles, supporting real-time information exchange. The technology is expected to revamp Coachella Valley’s traffic infrastructure as well as enhance traffic efficiency, reduce accidents, and curb emissions.
