LoRaWAN® network operator Netmore Group has announced its acquisition of Everynet, a LoRaWAN operator with offices throughout Europe, the Americas, and Asia, expanding Netmore’s presence to 17 countries. This acquisition, pending regulatory approval, positions Netmore as the top LoRaWAN operator globally.
Everynet’s assets is estimated to being over 1 million sensors, including 400,000 track-and-trace devices, 300,000 smart gas meters, and 200,000 smart water meters, boosting Netmore’s managed devices to over 2.3 million. The combined network now spans four continents, strengthening Netmore’s operations, partnerships, and expansion into Latin America and Asia Pacific.
