Sevilla TechPark is launching three digital initiatives aimed at improving mobility and sustainability within the innovation district.
Backed by €3.53 million under the eCitySevilla program and the Feder Andalucía 2021-2027 fund, the initiatives include the development of a centralized Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform using AI for route planning, transport integration, and payment; an advanced carpooling system to reduce private vehicle usage among employees; and a last-mile logistics solution featuring automation technologies such as drones and autonomous vehicles.
These efforts are part of a broader innovation procurement strategy to position the park as a smart, low-carbon, and energy self-sufficient urban lab. Vendors for the digital platforms have not yet been specified. The public consultation process for these projects is open until September 22.
