AMAG, based in Brisbane, develops video-based analytics software to enhance traffic safety and road infrastructure management, leveraging cloud-based platforms for predictive analytics aligned with Vision Zero goals.
This acquisition expands Transoft’s portfolio by integrating AMAG’s SMART platform with Transoft’s existing TrafxSAFE product, creating a comprehensive solution that supports road safety across infrastructure development, from planning to operations. The Brisbane location will enhance Transoft’s presence in Australia and the Asia-Pacific, positioning the company to serve a growing market in road safety and traffic operations globally.
