Severn Trent and Kraken Forge AI Water Management Solutions

UK-based water utility, Severn Trent, is teaming up with Kraken, originally an energy-focused software provider now branching out, to refine the service experience for its 4.6 million customers. This partnership will infuse AI into customer interactions and roll out intelligent products for those with smart meters, targeting reduced water consumption and leaks. Beyond energy, Kraken has recently secured partnerships with Portsmouth’s water utility, broadband company Cuckoo, and Tokyo Gas in Japan.
