LACROIX Enters Exclusive Negotiations with SWARCO for City-Mobility Sale

LACROIX is in exclusive talks with SWARCO for the sale of its City-Mobility segment, aligning with its May 2024 strategy to refocus on high-potential activities in Electronics and Environment. The divestment includes the Traffic and V2X business units, which generated €27.3 million in 2023 and employ 122 people across France and Spain.

SWARCO, a mobility solutions specialist based in Austria, aims to expand its European presence with this acquisition. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2025, pending employee consultations and final agreements. Updates will follow as per regulatory requirements.
