ComEd Launches Air-Quality Portal with Aclima in Bronzeville

ComEd, (Commonwealth Edison Company) in collaboration with climate tech specialist Aclima, has initiated an online air-quality portal providing hyperlocal air quality and greenhouse gas data for Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. Developed under ComEd’s Community of the Future initiative, the portal, aims to support clean-air projects and raise awareness of air pollution challenges near industrial zones and busy areas. The partnership with Aclima includes extensive street-level air monitoring, collecting essential pollutant data to track and enhance air quality over time.
