GEWISS has acquired a 75% stake in TVILIGHT, a company specialised in the smart city lighting sector. The acquisition aims to enhance GEWISS’s offerings by integrating TVILIGHT’s expertise in advanced smart lighting control solutions, further expanding its market reach in Italy and internationally. TVILIGHT, founded in 2012, is specialised in professional end-to-end lighting control solutions, with an estimated revenue of $3.8 million and approximately 33 employees.

The partnership is expected to drive innovation and improve customer experiences, with both companies leveraging their combined resources to advance smart city technologies. TVILIGHT should retain its independence while benefiting from GEWISS’s financial stability and global reach, accelerating its strategic developments and strengthening its international partner network.
