EYDAP’s €950M Boost for Smart Water and Infrastructure

The Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company (EYDAP) plans to invest 350 million euros in transformation projects, smart grids, energy initiatives, new financial services, and supply chain systems, alongside 400 million euros for water supply network upgrades to reduce leaks, and 200 million euros for drainage projects. A significant effort is the replacement of old meters, with AMI ones. A pilot program for smart water meters is set to begin in Palaio Faliro and Penteli, in cooperation with HEDNO.
