Italian Almaviva Group has established Almaviva Bluebit, a new company focused on advancing digital transformation in the water resource management sector. The initiative consolidates the Group’s expertise and offerings into a single entity, aiming to capitalize on the rapidly growing water management market. Almaviva Bluebit integrates the capabilities of BM Tecnologie Industriali and 2f Water Venture, both acquired by Almaviva a year and a half ago.
The new company will focus on delivering end-to-end solutions, including engineering services, network surveying, mathematical modeling, and the design of water and sewerage systems. It will also leverage proprietary digital platforms such as the Smart Water Management System (SWMS), Control Room, Giotto platform, and cybersecurity solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability in water management.
Almaviva Bluebit’s strategy includes strengthening its leadership in digital solutions for water management while expanding its presence in both national and international markets. The company’s name reflects its dual focus on water (“Blue”) and digital innovation (“Bit”), emphasizing its mission to align engineering and digital capabilities for sustainable growth.
