The merger will unite Milestone Systems, an expert in video technology, with Arcules, a cloud-based video surveillance solutions provider.

By integrating Milestone’s video management software with Arcules’ cloud-based surveillance solutions, the new entity aims to lead the rapidly growing VSaaS market. The combined capabilities of Milestone and Arcules should leverage AI to provide deeper insights from video data, enhancing decision intelligence and operational efficiency for their customers.

The merger is expected to be finalized by the end of the year.
