ChapsVision, a data processing, computer vision and AI specialist, has acquired Iremos, a software provider specializing in crisis management and national defense security. The strategic move strengthens ChapsVision’s market position by integrating complementary crisis management solutions and expanding its security consulting services.
With its existing expertise in crisis anticipation through its CAIAC system, ChapsVision now gains access to Iremos’ 15 years of experience in security and crisis management, including document libraries for emergency planning. The acquisition enables the combined entity to offer a comprehensive crisis management solution, enhancing cybersecurity, digital footprint analysis, and crisis response capabilities.
The deal also supports Iremos’ international expansion while leveraging ChapsVision’s technological resources to address evolving security challenges.
