Banque des Territoires Invests €5 Million in Leakmited

Banque des Territoires, in partnership with Starquest, has participated in a €5 million funding round for Leakmited, a company dedicated to enhancing water network efficiency through proprietary AI-driven software tools. This investment aims to expand Leakmited’s capabilities in optimizing water distribution systems both in France and internationally.

Leakmited’s advanced technology leverages artificial intelligence to identify leak zones, increasing detection rates threefold compared to traditional manual methods. This innovation not only aims to save significant time but also optimizes the use of material and financial resources in water network maintenance and renovation. The new funds will support Leakmited’s growing demand with a sustainable distribution model and strengthen its competitive edge through further solution development.

Aligned with Banque des Territoires’ Water Plan, which commits €4 billion by 2028 to combat water stress, Leakmited offers three key solutions: Sprint, a predictive leak detection tool; Twin, a digital network replica for optimizing infrastructure investments; and Sentinel, a real-time monitoring and alert system for proactive management.

Leakmited has seen strong growth in France and has established distribution partnerships in Italy, the UK, and South Africa. Its solutions are eligible for subsidies from water agencies, facilitating adoption by local governments.
